This dispenser is used and shows minor cosmetic marks and scuffs, but looks good overall.  Lid seals tight and gasket is still in nice shape.
While this dispenser is not that heavy, it is large and bulky and the UPS shipping cost is high. Sorry, no shipping to AK, HI, PR, or a PO box.  You are more than welcome to pick it up from me locally.  Please email me if you have any questions.
