Vintage Halex 24G Wooden Box w/ Dart Parts! Unusual

Hi! Here is a wonderful vintage Halex wooden box with dart parts (I believe! )Please use the pictures as part of the description. I know nothing about darts and I'm not even sure if this is what these are for or not. So, my ignorance can be your gain! The box is awesome! There are some dart pieces missing. It is app. 1" tall by x 6" long x 3" wide. It has a metal Halex tag on the top!
